When you log in to your dashboard, you will see the overview page. The overview tab provides insights on total visits, average customer spend, how many rewards have been redeemed, total spend by your customers, how many loyal members you have and the average days between visits.
View detailed program statistics and create your sign-up reward for new customers. You can also view your reward redemption list, a list of all customers, and choose a reward to celebrate your business’ birthday, for customers to use in order to give back on your big day!

Good news! In just a few clicks, you can create a tailored campaign that automatically searches for customers who visited regularly in the past but have since stopped visiting your business and sends them a small reward. The best part? It’s all automated!
